Greetings, Toons! My name is Bumpy Bumblebehr. As you all know, the Lawbots have been a thorn in our side for far too long, spreading their legal jargon and making Toontown a less joyful place. But now, with this discovery, we have a chance to put a stop to their evil deeds once and for all.

Here's how it started: In the middle of my hibernation, I was woken up by a call from the Toon Resistance, asking if I could investigate the unusually high Lawbot activity in The Brrrgh. To be honest, I wasn't all too ecstatic about this interruption from my dormant state, but following an order from the Toon Resistance is my duty as a citizen of the town! 

So there I was, on a mission to gather information about the Lawbots, when I stumbled upon their hidden HQ. It was located deep in the heart of The Brrrgh, hidden behind a wall of legal documents and guarded by the many Cogs that roam Polar Place.

Upon entering, I was aggressively chased by a group of Ambulance Chasers. I fought back with some well-placed birthday cakes, but soon I found myself overwhelmed and had to make a run for it.

I am now transmitting this message from behind the massive statue of what I presume to be their boss, the Chief Justice. If I get found out, I fear they will put me on trial for my unlawful entry into their headquarters!

There's not much time left for me. Please, if you receive this transmission, infiltrate the Lawbot Headquarters before I am wrongly convicted!
